Lead Credit Policy

Local Home Estimates offers lead credits due to specific acceptable scenarios:

Incorrect Information

• If an incorrect name, phone number, or address details are provided to the Client, the Client is eligible for a lead credit.
• Contracted with a Contractor:  If the lead states they are contracted with a contractor, the Client is eligible for a lead credit. Clients must provide the contractor name.
• Out of Area Lead:  Out of area credits are based on Onboarding Form if the client has been with us for less than 30 days.More than 30 days, based on the last zip code update.To Fill out a lead credit request without speaking to your support manager: Click the button below > make a copy of the spreadsheet (don't edit the original everyone has) > when done filling out the sheet please send a copy to our email so we can review and apply them to tryleadspilot@gmail.com
